Chris is seasoned at performance in more ways than one. He is a seasoned bike racer, guitarist, strength and conditioning coach, dance enthusiast, public speaker, and devotee of the Rubik’s cube.

Chris is also chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society, and a practitioner sport and exercise psychologist accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council. He has consulted extensively with sport organisations and worked as a university lecturer/associate professor. Chris has published extensively in the field of sport psychology, and successfully supervised students from undergraduate to PhD-level.

Anna has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc (with distinction) in the Psychology of Sport. Anna has gained a wealth of experience in delivering mental skills work with professional golfers, national level gymnasts and semi-professional football academies. Anna has also worked as a Child and Adolescent Therapist in CAMHS. Currently undertaking a professional doctorate, Anna’s interests are in junior high performance sport, mental blocks, and the regulation of competitive activation.

Alongside her academic studies and professional experience, Anna has both national and international representative honours across two sports, and always aims to bring together her first-hand understanding of training and competition with evidence-based interventions.

Further training Anna has undertaken includes certificates in Mental Health First Aid, Understanding Autism, Child Protection in Sport and CBT for Sport Practitioners.
